AMA Session Recap: DoragonLand x BitKeep

On June 28th, 2022, Huong Nguyen (BD of BitKeep Vietnam) joined an AMA session with the DoragonLand community. Members were excited with lots of sharing about the project and its upcoming plan from the speaker. In case you missed it out, catch up with us in this full recap.

Q2: Wallet, Swap, NFT Market, and DApps. BitKeep sure has a lot to offer. Could you please share with us the latest development of BitKeep?

Yes, indeed! BitKeep has recently launched its V7.1.1 release, adding CELO, XDAI, DSCC, SmartBCH, and CUDE to its list of supported mainnets. This means we have integrated 65 mainnets until now.

With BitKeep Swap, you can use the InstantGas feature when you’re trading on Polygon — you can get any token on the Polygon blockchain without having any Matic. We’ve also optimized the Crypto Red Packets feature. There’re more fancy new features for you to discover on your own.

Q3: Just now you mentioned that you’ve upgraded the Crypto Red Packets feature, right? Would you please tell us more about this?

Huong Nguyen

Sure, no problem!

Crypto Red Packets is available through the BitKeep app. The Red Packets containing crypto assets are shared in the form of a URL. A passcode will be used to claim a packet and deposit in the user’s BitKeep wallet.

For now, Crypto Red Packets can be used to share tokens on 13 mainnets (including BSC, Polygon, AVAX-C, Fantom, Arbitrum, HECO, OKX Chain, Optimism, KCC, FUSE).

Sending Crypto Red Packets in BitKeep is as simple as sending red packets containing fiat currencies in other apps.

The only difference is that the sender would have to pay a sum of gas fee when sending Crypto Red Packets.

And just like ordinary red packets in other apps, the crypto red packets that are not claimed nor deposited can be refunded in 24 hours. But, again, the sender would have to pay the gas fee.

Crypto Red Packets is very easy to use.

In addition to the 13 mainnets I just mentioned, BitKeep will continue to support more mainnets in the future.

Q4: I know that we can trade the NFTs and token from DoragonLand with BitKeep, right? Could you please tell me what does BitKeep think of DoragonLand?

Huong Nguyen

Ok, please go ahead!

Partnering with quality projects has always been one of our ways to grow BitKeep, and we are please to be partnered with DoragondLand.

DoragonLand is a 3D tower rush game that integrates battle card gameplay and blockchain technology to create fast-paced brawls among dragon warriors where players can duel with other players and collect rewards of NFT items and DOR tokens in real-time.

DoragonLand allows players to enjoy the game and get profit in the same time.

There are numerous opportunities for players to gain an attractive income from the game by:
- Participating in in-game activities.
- Competing in PvP battles to win leaderboard prizes.
- Collecting and speculating on dragons and items.
- Opening Mysterious Chests and selling them on the marketplace.

Players can receive NFTs while mining, farming, staking and lending them on the DoragonLand. There are dragons and in-game items with different characteristics with high-end artworks that truly have value both in game and in the real world.

Players and investors can start staking their $DOR. $DOR will be staked in the different staking pools for a certain period of time. After the lock-up period, players will receive a certain amount of $DOR as rewards.

DoragonLand NFTs can be listed in BitKeep NFT Market, and can be bought with any token.

The DOC obtained in the game can also be exchanged with BitKeep Swap.

We expect DoragonLand to become one of the most important partners of BitKeep, and together we can make DoragonLand the next top title, make its NFTs more valuable, benefiting all our users/players. Thank you.

Q5: We will definitely have more close cooperation with BitKeep in the future. You’ve just said that DoragonLand NFTs can be bought with any token on BitKeep NFT Market, right? That sounds amazing. Could you please tell us more about it?

Huong Nguyen

Yes, sure!

The entire NFT market at large has heat up from the end of 2021.

Even if the heat has dropped recently, the transaction volume is still nearly 4 times that of the end of 2021.

In addition, the total number of users in the NFT market is also growing steadily.

Among all ETH ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFT projects, the total number of NFT users has increased from about 440k in 2020 to 4,370k

I think in the NFT market, there is still a lot pf space for growth, so we are very concerned about whether our product keeps up with the market trend.

BitKeep is arguably one of the first Web3 wallets to make NFT one of its focuses.

In the latest BitKeep 7.1.1, the features of our NFT Market section is almost perfect, making NFT transactions convenient while guarantees user’s asset security.

Currently the NFT Market consist of two parts: BitKeep’s own trading market, and an aggregated trading market (currently with Opensea, of course), so it’s doing great in terms of richness and depth.

Also, the sellers don’t have to pay any TX fee on BitKeep NFT Market. Generally, only the sellers are charged for TX fees on NFT markets.

For the aggregated section, e.g. Opensea, sellers must pay for a sum of gas fee equal to 2.5% of the price. For example, if you list your Opensea sell orders on BitKeep NFT Market, people will be able to buy these items directly with BitKeep app and there’s no additional cost. Only the sellers will pay for the TX fee on Opensea.

In terms of convenience, users can use the BitKeep wallet to buy NFT on Opensea without going to the Opensea website.

Another highlight of our NFT Market is that, you can pay for an NFT with any token on the same mainnet.

It’s safe to say that we’re the only wallet app that enables our users to buy NFTs with any token. For example, you want to buy an NFT on Ethereum, but you don’t have enough ETH, you can just go ahead and spend USDT(ETH) instead. With other apps, you probably need to exchange USDT into ETH so pay for the NFT, which means the gas gee will be about 40$ higher.

As a browser extension wallet, do you plan to reach to the Newbie Crypto Users as a target audience? How easy will you try to do your wallet so people who got involved with crypto can use all the features without getting in so much trouble? Do you plan to take some feedbacks from community for UI/UX?💫

Of course, BitKeep aims to be the top decentralized wallet in Asia, so we try to make it user-friendly for most users, especially for Newbie Crypto Users. BitKeep app is very easy to use, just like other mobile apps. Please download BitKeep app from our official https://bitkeep.com/ website, you can be familiar with it right away. We have Telegram community, and many admins available to serve users. Please send any feedback to them or send email to our support email.

How BitKeep keep the security?

Many users concern about securiy, and KYC also, so I will answer both questions here: BitKeep is non-custodial wallet, that’s mean users keep their private key, and their assets are all on blockchain. BitKeep does not store user’s private key, nor their assets, so it’s safe for users. From when we founded BitKeep from 2018 up to now, we haven’t got any issues about security yet.
