AMA Session Recap: DoragonLand x Crypto Horses

On October 21st, 2021, DoragonLand had its first Telegram AMA Session with the Crypto Horses Community. Thanks to our wonderful host — Ms. Eliena from Crypto Horses, and the overwhelming support from the communities of Twitter and Telegram, we had a chance to share details of our NFT game project. Could you please provide a quick self-introduction for the community? What is your role in DoragonLand?

Kent Nguyen

My name is Kent Nguyen — CPO and Co-founder of DoragonLand. I started my career in the IT field almost 10 years ago in which I have 7 years of experience as a game designer, specializing in conceptualizing creative aspects.

I found my true love for creating from mid to hardcore games and creating engaging experiences with the storyline, where players can immerse themselves in the gaming world.

DoragonLand naturally comes as my brainchild and I expect a lot from it.

Can you briefly introduce the project DoragonLand & some of the utilities?

DoragonLand is a 3D tower rush game that integrates battle card gameplay and blockchain technology to create fast-paced brawls among dragon warriors where players can duel with other players and collect rewards of NFT items and DOR tokens in real-time.

Inspired by the gripping gameplay of Clash Royale and powered by the top artwork design studio in Asia — Thunder Cloud Studio that ensures top-notch graphics, Doragon Land brings game players the most immersive experience in the NFT gaming world.

When it comes to utility, I believe that Kent will provide you with a closer look into this.

When designing DoragonLand, we hope to bring as many benefits as possible to end users and players. Numerous token utility has been formulated for many use cases including:

• Joining in the in-game activities such as competing in PVP battles to win leaderboard prizes, collecting and speculating on dragons and items;
• Participating in GameFi activities such as NFT staking. In the near future, we hope to release NFT Lending features so stay tuned guys!

Also, $DOR tokens can be used to trade NFT items on marketplace and involved in activities on DoragonLand ecosystems. For example, users can open Mysterious Chests and sell them on the marketplace.

With the broad network we have here for DoragonLand, end users can earn exclusively mouthwatering rewards.

Currently, we are in Phase 1 of the project (Q4–2021), finalizing the gameplay and artwork design. We are planning to release NFT items on the NFT marketplace soon this November!

Whitelist will open soon, so keep an eye on our channels to not miss this huge chance!

And gear up guys! We will IDO and list our token in late November and we also have planned to reveal the MVP for the first 1000 players by the end of this year.

Many interesting game functions will also be introduced, so kindly follow our website and social channels for more details.

I am proud to introduce our development team. We have a qualified development team of over 20 people including developer and game experts. They have an excellent background in technology with strong passion for the gaming industry, especially GameFi projects.

Just a quick fact: 5+ years is the average experience of the whole team 😍

People say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. It is true that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected all the dimensions of our lives and Doragon Land is not the exception but we quickly adapt to new situations and feel motivated more than ever to deliver the best work results.

I would like to share with you the meaning of this fascinating name.

Doragon in Japanese means legendary dragon. In Japan, dragons are representative of strength, justice, and protection. For human beings, dragons are considered powerful talismans against unknown forces.

DoragonLand is a fantasy world where players can immerse themselves in competitive battles between dragons and follow a gripping narrative journey to conquer nature.

We strongly believe that the meaning behind DoragonLand will inspire all of us. And for our community, DoragonLand will become more promising and worthy of your waiting.

Crypto market is in recent bear market and in this scenario it is very hard for investors to trust and invest in any project. How do you see these challenges and why should we invest in your project?

Jess Nguyen

You’re right. The fact is that recently, there are a lot of scam projects that do not bring benefits for players and investors.

Honestly, this certainly affects the reputation of other good projects.

However, investors should assess carefully the potential of a project by its team, backers and also game features before investing.

A trusted project is likely to have a solid base of development team, engaging gameplay and great reward for players’ efforts.

I proudly affirm that our project has all of the factors and also many other innovative features that ensure the most entertaining experience as well as decent earning.

What is your strategy to attract new users and investors to your project and keep them long term because marketing is a central element for every project so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set?

At the moment, we have already built our community and channels to publish the information to the public and we would like to thank you all for your huge interest in our project.

We also have plans for airdrop and other community events so that more game enthusiasts and investors can get to know us.

However, I believe that developing a qualified product is the best strategy to attract and keep gamers and investors stay long with a project, that is also our priority right now.

Is doragonland a game compatible with mobile devices like a phone or tablet or is it only available on PC?

DoragonLand will be available on Mobile ( both Android and iOS) , WebGL and PC first.

The Launch Date (ETA) is due to Q4 2021.

I know it is not related to the project but I would like to reveal a good new to the community that our MVP is gonna released very soon by the end of November.

Can you give an overview of your Tokenomics, and the utility of Token?

DOR is the utility token in the game which can be used in various cases:

• Participating in the game:
  Players could use DOR to buy dragons and in-game items on the marketplace.
  Through gameplay, players use their characters and show their skills and different strategies to fight in the battles. Winners will receive rewards with dragons and in-game items as rewards.
• Trading on the marketplace:
  By owning tokens, DOR token holders participate in the decentralized financial market to earn more profit.
  Also, players can buy their NFTs on the market to upgrade their dragon warriors. Vice versa, players can sell these NFT items to get DOR back.
• Staking:
  Players will be able to put DOR in different pools to stake in-game items and get rewards corresponding to the pool that they stake in.
• Payment:
  DOR holders can use DOR to settle payments and experience many further Gamefi functions in the near future along with the development of the game. The first move is joining the staking and lending NFT items function.

How is the preparation for IDO going on and where will the details be announced?

I could say the IDO is prepared pretty well. Campaigns and events will be held with a tight schedule in the near future to express news to the community and a lot of gifts will be distributed to those who are interested in the project.

Talk about IDO launchpad, we are planning to launch our project on Koistarter launchpad.

Other plans will be updated in our community. We have plans to launch our project on Koistarter and some other launch pads in Q4 2021, other plans will be updated on our community.
