Is the scholarship mechanism far away for Doragonland?

It’s no longer a far-fetched thing. The rental system will be released on Mirana Marketplace in Q2/2022. With an attractive mechanism that brings many benefits to users, you can get the most out of NFT by leasing or renting. A scholarship program opens you up to a whole new way to earn by just renting with a reasonable initial cost. Now let’s catch a glimpse of our scholarship program.

Users can proceed to rent the decks they build or separate cards on Mirana Marketplace. The rental period will depend on the agreement of both parties, after the expiration, the NFT will be automatically transferred to the lessor’s wallet. The rental fee will be calculated on a daily basis

Type of scholarship mechanism:

• NFT renting: Users can rent out each card individually with the rental price determined on their own and do not share the money earned with the renter.
• Scholarship: Users must rent out the whole deck with no price-setting but two parties need to negotiate about sharing the percentage of money earned in the game.

Note: Tax and fee will be applied for both types of rental

• For NFT renting, the fee X%( X1% for Mirana and X2% for DOR) will be cut for the market fee. The remaining amount will be transferred to the owner’s wallet.
• For scholarship, when the rental period expires, a notice will be sent to the user that decks will be withdrawn, the total money earned from the deck during this time will be cut X3% for the publisher and the remaining amount will be distributed to both parties as agreement.

In addition, with the form of Scholarship, the cardholder when conducting the rental operation will need to deposit the amount of DOR, locked on the system. In case the tenant fails to achieve the profit committed to the cardholder, this amount will be automatically transferred to the owner to make up for the shortfall.
